You will have 12 months from the date of payment to choose your weekend dates. If unused after 12 months, the full value of your payment will be forfeited.

As such, if you need to reschedule once your weekend has been booked, any nonrefundable expenses incurred for food or custom tailored activities will be deducted from the balance of your pre-payment. The balance owed will be billed directly to you in a separate invoice and must be paid before choosing a new weekend date. In the event that Permission to Thrive requests to reschedule your dates, you will not be charged for any expenses incurred for food or custom-tailored activities and your intensive will still be considered paid in full. Your airfare and transportation costs will remain your sole responsibility and will not be credited or reimbursed, regardless of which party is responsible for initiating the rescheduling. As such, please be aware and do your due diligence, and when possible, choose refundable travel options.
